Information Session Registration
Please check back and register for an information session beginning
September 1, 2012 for the January 2013 class.
Requirements to apply to the Practical Nursing Program
- Must attend a MANDATORY information session
- 18 years of age or older
- Proof of High School Diploma or GED
- Must be an Illinois Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) currently on the registry and in good standing
- Must have a current American Heart Association CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider before the first day
of class
